Our PERSONAL PROPERTY TAX software is designed for county governments.  Originally written for Missouri, it is fully certified by the state.  This is an easy to use system, built with entry speed in mind.  It has been installed for ten years.

Our COUNTY MAP is a standard GIS mapping system designed for county and municipal governments.  It allows full map editing.  It can be interfaced with tax or other account data.

Our ORDER ENTRY software offers a unique way to integrate Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Inventory, and General Ledger data as logical parts of the supply chain.  It is designed to be the basis of a fully 'paperless' office.

We treat all installations as if they were custom designed.  After a package has been selected, it will be customized to meet your specifications.

The job procedure is simple.  First, we analyze what needs to be done.  Next, we provide a bid, detailing the work to be accomplished.  In most cases, the analysis and bid are free.  After an agreed upon down payment, we normally will operate on a 'work in process' basis set out before any software is begun.
